Can risk management be the solution to everything? Maybe not, but it can go a long way toward preventing fatal motorcycle accidents. The Motorcycle Safety Foundation MSF has done a great deal of work to develop training programs to provide riders with the skills necessary to prevent motorcycle accidents.
